This past weekend my family and I went to Wakanda for the second time. On this trip, we were three generations deep, with the oldest member of the tribe being 81. I listen to this podcast earlier in the week with my oldest daughter, and it sparked a great conversation on the ride to school. The podcast presents different perspectives on the Black Panther phenomenon and the long-term implications. In the podcast, there was a mention on Sun Ra, the jazz musician which gave me an opportunity to tell her about her great cousin Wayne who was in his orchestra. Check it out let me know your thoughts especially on constructive pan-Africanism.
